Digital products only
Our learning books are digital PDFs (or a ZIP file for a bundle). No physical book will be shipped. Following verified payment, the purchaser receives access to a downloadable file through the checkout service shown on the product page. Direct PayPal orders include an email with a time-limited private download link.
Refund requests
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after downloading the product. However, we will review requests where a purchase was duplicated, the file was defective, the product was materially misdescribed, or access could not be restored after troubleshooting.
Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
How to request help or a refund
Email littlewonderacademy.books@gmail.com with the order number, purchase email address, a short explanation, and any relevant screenshot (without sensitive payment details). Please contact us within 14 days of purchase when possible; statutory rights may allow longer periods.
Printing and device compatibility
The workbook is a PDF designed for U.S. Letter (8.5 × 11 inches). Buyers are responsible for their own printer, paper, ink, internet access and compatible PDF reader. If the file is inaccessible or corrupted, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Personal-use license
Unless a product listing explicitly grants broader rights, purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the PDF for personal or single-classroom educational activities. Selling, reposting, publicly distributing or uploading the PDF to shared file libraries is not permitted. Contact us for broader licensing.
